Apt upgrade failing – unmet dependencies – libsensonrs-config

Im trying to update from 19.10 to latest Ubuntu, but im getting the following error:
~ # apt upgrade -y
Reading package lists… Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information… Done
Calculating upgrade… Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.

libsensors-config : Conflicts: libsensors4 but 1:3.4.0-4 is to be installed
E: Broken packages
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
