Disable Webmin packages update check at startup

I’m running Webmin 1.955 and, when I open it from browser after some inactivity, the dashboard takes 1-2 minutes to open.
By running htop in the meantime, I’ve discovered it waits for apt-get update, I suppose it uses it to populate this part of the dashboard:

I would like to speedup the opening, plus I don’t need that package update information there. How can I disable it?
