free pascal screen abnormility(question marks ?)

this is free pascal (last version 3.2.0 of june 2000) but all what it apperears: there’s something wrong .
you can see that the facet of the program is formed by question marks (? ).
but it’s important to know that the language works perfectily
I appreciate any help to fix that.
