I have problems accessing /etc folder. I managed to “access” it as root only in Terminal and when running ls -la command I received this:
[email protected]:/etc# ls -la
ls: apm: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘apparmor’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘apparmor.d’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘apport’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘apt’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘avahi’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘bash_completion.d’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘binfmt.d’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘bluetooth’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘brltty’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘ca-certificates’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘calendar’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘chatscripts’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘cifs-utils’: Input/output error
ls: cannot access ‘console-setup’: Input/output error

And the output continues. Only these folders I’m going to show you (what ls -la outputs about them).
drwxr-xr-x 1 root root 66 Jul 17 2018 apm

What is the problem? And how to fix it?
EDIT: I can’t also use “apt-get” command in order to install new packages. When I try to do some “apt-get” command, I always receive these errors:
W: Unable to read /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/ – DirectoryExists (5: Input/output error)
